These past few years of the Natchez Bicycle Classic have brought so many of us through some of the most challenging times of our lives. Covid was tough, but it was through the dawn of Covid that a renewal of the Spirit within all of us was brought to the surface.
We ALL learned who was tougher!
The truth? The Human Spirit is so strong, and just when we think we can’t take anything else, the Spirit inside us reminds us that we CAN make it, and we CAN push through this.
The Natchez Bicycle Classic allowed cyclists to “get away from it all” for a bit, while giving them the opportunity to gather for a sport that both young and old were able to enjoy.
COMMUNITY. That is what this was truly about, you know? We all needed the love of community, and that is exactly what visitors and residents were able to receive from these past two years.
